D1: Urumqi

After breakfast, head to Tianchi Lake in the Tianshan Mountains, known as the Jade Pool and Fairyland. The Tianshan Tianchi is hailed as a gemstone set in the sky, integrating snow-capped mountains, forests, lakes, and waterfalls into a three-dimensional landscape. At the end of Tianchi lies Bogda Snow Peak, perpetually covered in snow, bathed in blue skies and white clouds, complementing the lake beautifully. As the seasons change, Tianchi reveals its ever-changing and splendid scenery.


D2: Urumqi-Turpan

Departing for Turpan, enjoy the Gobi Desert scenery along the way. Upon arrival, visit the Karez to learn about the wisdom of ancient water conservancy engineering. Head to Flaming Mountain to experience its unique terrain and high temperatures, as well as activities like sand pit egg roasting. Then proceed to Sogong Pagoda, the largest surviving ancient pagoda in Xinjiang, built with blue bricks. Its distinctive design, intricate patterns, and exquisite designs silently tell stories from over two hundred years ago, carrying a rich historical and cultural heritage.


D3: Turpan

Visit Grape Valley, take the shuttle bus to admire the grape corridor, and experience the joy of picking grapes. Head to the ruins of Jiaohe Ancient City, tour this ancient city site, and feel the vicissitudes of history. Visit the murals in the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves, which remain vividly colorful and rich in content, showcasing the superb skills of ancient artists and their profound expression of religious sentiment.


D4: Turpan-Urumqi

After breakfast, return to Urumqi and visit the International Grand Bazaar, which is brimming with rich ethnic charm. Here, you can purchase unique souvenirs and savor delicacies like grilled lamb skewers and hand-held rice. Visit the Xinjiang Museum to admire precious artifacts such as "Five Stars Rise in the East for Chinas Benefit," gaining insight into Xinjiangs history and culture. Head to Lingguan Alley or Hotan Second Street to continue enjoying Xinjiangs local snacks.
